As a GBC Italia member, Menotti Specchia undertakes to promote environmental, economic and social responsibility with projects that aim to renew the way in which buildings are designed, constructed and used. A central role in these projects is played by Leed®, the rating system for the development of “green” buildings whose clear easy-to-measure criteria means it is considered the most authoritative by the international scientific community.
